Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve all guests, cancellations and no show policies are as follows
*All appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation to allow appropriate time to fill the appointment time.
*When running late to an appointment, please call to see if your appointment is still able to be accommodated.
*Guests arriving more than 15 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time may be required to reschedule to a later date.
*After the first cancellation (less than 48 hours notice), in order to book another appointment you will be required to pay 50% of the services of your cancelled appointment at the time of booking your new appointment.
*If ANY no call/no show appointments occur, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment service plus a $25 fee in order to book an appointment.
*If two or more cancellations or no call/no show appointments occur, all future appointments will require a non refundable 50% deposit that will go towards your service price of your next scheduled apppointment.
*If fees are owed, booking will not be allowed until it is paid in full, no exceptions.
